Improving dental practice profitability rarely comes down to a single piece of equipment. It depends on how well the systems in a practice work together, from reliable utility equipment to efficient operatories and tools that stay in service. In most practices, profitability is closely tied to four operational factors: equipment uptime, operatory efficiency, maintenance speed, and equipment longevity.
Upon completion of this CE webinar, the student will be better positioned to maintain consistent patient flow and protect their production schedules.

New materials, technology and techniques are developing at such a rapid pace that practitioners can become overwhelmed. Add to this the increased expectations of esthetic patients and the clinical performance of materials and the entire experience can be challenging. This CE webinar will explore the recent trends in composite restorative materials with an emphasis on demystifying the concept of chameleon technology. Dr. Geissberger will describe significant changes that have occurred over the last few years enabling clinicians to place few layers, limit inventory, and establish life-like restorations.

Deep Marginal Elevations (DME) can be very technique sensitive. Often times if the curing light cannot reach the restorative material due to sheer depth, we must come up with an alternative solution. Dual cured restorative materials have answered that puzzle. Dual cured materials are often misunderstood in the daily routine of a restorative dentist. This is mainly due to the clinician’s high comfort level with traditional light cured composite resins as their “go-to” material. During this CE webinar, I will explain the different mechanics between light cured versus dual cured materials and the role each has on stresses created and the impact on bonding. Then I will give a step by step systematic approach in using a dual cured material to obtain predictable and repeatable results when performing DME procedures. Finally, I will show clinical examples of Deep Marginal Elevations with dual cured materials and tips and tricks help obtain the desired result.
More and more dental offices are booked months in advance and are operating with a limited staff. Dentists expect hygienists to deliver thorough cleanings but with less time allotted for each procedure. I would like to discuss ways to increase efficiency without sacrificing quality. The demands of life make it challenging to keep up with new and innovative technology. I would like to cover the latest technological advancements and products that could lead to better patient outcomes. Finally, I want to address personal health and wellness, which is essential for career longevity. In addition to exploring in-office and home yoga techniques, I would like to conduct a deep dive into anatomy, helping hygienists understand why their bodies hurt and exploring natural options to help them feel their best and perform at their highest level. After the CE webinar you can expect to offer new, highly sought-after services that help keep dental patients from escaping your practice.
This CE webinar explores step by step planning and workflow designed to maximize the longevity of indirect cosmetic restorations. From diagnosis to photography communication with the ceramist, as well as, isolation, bonding protocols to the final delivery, each phase plays a crucial role in creating restorations that stand the test of time. Learn how to integrate clinical precision with modern techniques to endure predicable and durable outcomes for the patient.

We've all seen the white spot lesions on our patients teeth. By any measure, they're not particularly aesthetic and most patients would love them to disappear. So why is it that for a large majority of patients that are actually visiting their dentist regularly, these lesions persist and essentially detract from their smile. The only logical answer I can come up with is that many dentists are not utilizing something called resin infiltration. It's a simple procedure that is remarkably effective in essentially making white spot lesions disappear. To tell us all about it is our guest Irene Iancu. Irene is a Canadian RRDH and entrepreneur with experience in various specialties like Pediatrics, Orthodontics, and Periodontics, she has combined all these elements in her start-up dental practice in Toronto, Toothlife Studio. Irene is an international speaker, key opinion leader, host of the Tooth or Dare podcast and creates educational content on all social platforms under the handle @toothlife.irene.
